About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join a fast-paced and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Receiving and verifying invoices, processing payments accurately, and managing vendor relationships.
- Recording transactions, performing AP reconciliations, and generating invoices promptly.
- Responding to customer inquiries, managing credit limits, and allocating payments accurately.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and utilizing accounting software for data entry and reporting.
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong understanding of accounting procedures and a high level of attention to detail.
- Proven reconciliation skills, proactive research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
- An intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
