About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Accounts Payable and Receivable Officer to join a fast-paced and growing company. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and verifying invoices, processing payments accurately, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Recording transactions, performing AP reconciliations, and generating invoices promptly.
  • Responding to customer inquiries, managing credit limits, and allocating payments accurately.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and utilizing accounting software for data entry and reporting.
About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with 2-5 years of experience in Accounts Payable and Receivable functions. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A strong understanding of accounting procedures and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Proven reconciliation skills, proactive research, analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • An intermediate level of proficiency in Word and Excel.
