Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance to HRIS and other HR systems-related projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the local HRIS, including data integrity and system governance.
  • Providing effective resolutions to system-related inquiries from end users.
  • Administering and maintaining SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central.
  • Translating HR requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years' experience in HR systems administration, preferably with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
