Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting and maintaining HR systems and projects. Your primary focus will be on providing day-to-day management of the local HRIS, including data integrity, system governance, user support, and escalation of issues to technical partners.

The role involves serving as the first point of contact for system-related inquiries from end-users and providing effective resolutions, assisting with remediation activities to ensure data integrity within HR systems, administering and maintaining SuccessFactors, focusing on Employee Central, translating HR requirements into technical specifications for system configuration and development, conducting testing for configuration changes, maintaining documentation for system configurations, SOPs, and user guides, liaising with external service providers for issue escalation and follow-up, supporting system release cycles, impact analysis, testing, and post-deployment reviews, contributing to HR projects and testing activities, and ensuring configurations comply with legal and organizational policies.
