HR Specialist Role

The position will involve collaborating with hotel leaders to enhance leadership and organizational capabilities while fostering a high-performance culture. The HR specialist will provide support and guidance on employee relations, engagement, learning and development, and workforce planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support staff in their career development and address employment-related issues.
  • Organize training sessions aligned with the organization's objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to human resources systems and maintain training records.
  • Assist in talent acquisition and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Monitor salary allocations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Investigate workplace incidents and support Return-to-Work plans.
  • Promote a people-centered culture and uphold core values.
  • Support Environmental, Social, and Governance initiatives and local community involvement.
  • Participate actively in Human Resources projects and meetings.

We are seeking an experienced HR/ER specialist with exposure to the hospitality industry. Knowledge of the Hospitality Industry General Award is required.
