HR Systems Implementation Specialist

Job Summary:

This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of a new human resources information system, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors to drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the project from initiation to completion, collaborating closely with stakeholders in HR and IT departments.
  • Collaborate with the HR team and key stakeholders to ensure system alignment and success.
  • Optimise SAP SuccessFactors across all HR modules.
  • Review and refine system configurations to align with business needs.
  • Coordinate and execute system testing, including functional integration and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all system-related inquiries, offering guidance and support to end users.
  • Maintain and update user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and system documentation.
  • Contribute to changing management initiatives, including the creation of training materials.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve post-launch issues to ensure seamless system usage.

The successful candidate will be a proactive member of the HR team, responsible for optimising and implementing the HRIS to support the company's broader business objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in supporting and administering SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of core HR processes and employment legislation.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical systems to both technical and non-technical users.
