Senior Project Development Lead

As a seasoned project leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of complex projects within our precinct. This involves managing multiple stakeholders, procuring consultants, and coordinating internal teams to achieve high-impact outcomes.
Key responsibilities include business case development, feasibility assessments, planning/design processes, and project budgeting/scheduling/risk management.
Requirements for this role include a tertiary qualification in project management or a related field, at least three years' experience in managing complex projects, strong written/verbal communication skills, and proficiency in project budgeting/scheduling/risk management.
