Regional Development Project Coordinator

A highly motivated and experienced Project Manager is sought to lead a precinct-defining project in Mudgee. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, urban planning, construction management, or a related field.
The successful applicant will oversee consultant procurement, stakeholder engagement, and the management of planning and design processes. They will also develop and progress business cases, feasibility assessments, and planning approvals.
Key Qualifications:- A tertiary qualification in Project Management, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum three years' experience in managing complex projects in planning, infrastructure, or property development.
- Proven ability to manage business case development, feasibility assessments, and planning/design processes.
- Understanding of local and state government development approval pathways.
- Experience in consultant procurement, contract management, and project reporting.
- High-level project budgeting, scheduling, and risk management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card).
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety (WHS) responsibilities and willingness to attend relevant WHS training.
