Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to lead our Mortimer Street Mudgee Precinct Development planning project. This senior role will oversee the procurement of consultants, stakeholder engagement, business case development, design, and planning approvals.

  • Lead a precinct-defining project with multiple stakeholders.
  • Oversee consultant procurement, stakeholder consultation, and management of planning and design processes.
  • Develop and progress business cases, feasibility assessments, and planning approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and coordinate internal and external professionals.
  • Drive outcomes that foster vibrant regional growth and deliver a high-impact precinct plan for Mudgee.

To be successful in this role, you will have a tertiary qualification in Project Management, Urban Planning, Construction Management, or a related discipline, along with significant experience in managing complex projects. You must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
