Project Manager for Infrastructure Projects

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate will lead and manage project teams, ensuring timely completion, high safety standards, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading planning, implementation, and delivery of major infrastructure projects
  • Reviewing and advising on all civil construction matters and design packages
  • Coordinating with government bodies, contractors, and stakeholders for project alignment
  • Developing and managing project schedules, budgets, and resources
  • Maintaining progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation measures
  • Conducting site visits and surveillance to verify works align with design/program requirements
  • Ensuring safety, environmental, and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle
  • Preparing project updates and reports for senior leadership

A tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, or a related field is required. A minimum of 10+ years experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects is essential.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as demonstrated experience with roads, bridges, piled/block foundations.

Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance requirements is also necessary.

Requirements:

Tertiary Qualification: Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related field

Experience: 10+ years delivering large-scale infrastructure projects

Skills: Strong stakeholder management, communication, project management experience, knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance
