Project Coordinator Role
Our organization is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to oversee the planning, implementation, and delivery of major civil construction projects.
This role requires strong project management skills, experience with roads and bridges, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with government agencies, contractors, and stakeholders for project alignment and progress monitoring
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
- Conduct site visits and surveillance to verify works are in line with design/program requirements
- Manage safety, environmental, and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Prepare project updates and reports for senior leadership
- Lead and motivate project teams including consultants and contractors
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in civil engineering, project management, or related field
- Minimum 10+ years' experience delivering major civil infrastructure projects
- Proven experience with roads, bridges, piled/block foundations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated project management experience on large, complex infrastructure programs
- Knowledge of regulatory and environmental compliance requirements
