Job Description

This exciting opportunity exists for a Customer Experience and Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer-centric approaches and solutions.

The successful candidate will work closely with employees at all levels across Council and engage with external stakeholders to ensure that customer experience, employee experience, and continuous improvement are at the forefront of our strategy.

You will be responsible for coordinating and conducting customer research, identifying customer needs, and developing a customer experience strategy that drives customer centricity across our organization.

In addition, you will champion and advocate for customer needs, wants, and values, improve end-to-end processes through customer journey mapping, and identify gaps in delivering excellent customer service performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in implementing a Customer Experience Strategy across a large and complex organization.
  • Thorough understanding of customer experience techniques, methodologies, and tools, including development and implementation.
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating and facilitating customer research programs, including analysis of data and trends.
  • Demonstrated experience in improving customer experience through redesigning customer-facing processes.
  • Ability to coach and train others to build capability in customer experience.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience.
