We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Transformation Manager to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in ensuring operational readiness and implementing projects that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess the impact of initiatives across all teams in the organization
  • Implement project scope and objectives by involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication
  • Measure and report project progress to management, identifying and mitigating risks as needed
  • Ensure end-to-end processes are documented and updated in a standardized way
  • Assist business areas in gathering information for operating procedures and work instructions
  • Contribute to the creation and establishment of KPIs to monitor product quality and inform decision-making
  • Define clear responsibilities during service introduction, ensuring proper documentation and training
  • Implement and manage scope changes as necessary to meet financial goals
  • Ensure internal teams receive necessary input to deliver their part of the project
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully managing projects
  • Fluent oral and written English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to proactively drive initiatives and results
  • Reliability, sense of responsibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Project, Visio, and PowerPoint
  • University degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
