  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues efficiently
  • Support related applications (Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Finance) with expertise
  • Log, track, and manage service requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Test application integrations and updates to maintain high-quality performance

About Your Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role
  • You will build strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive project goals
  • Familiarity with Oracle ERP (E-business Suite) Applications is highly desirable
  • Prior experience working with SQL and PL/SQL is necessary for troubleshooting and resolution

Requirements for Success:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in application support is required
  • Experience supporting related applications (Supply Chain, Inventory, Order Management, Finance) is necessary

We offer a dynamic work environment where you can grow your career. Our office hours are from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
