Job Title: Application Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Application Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1-3 application support for BlackRock Aladdin, as well as troubleshooting, incident response, and root cause analysis.

About the Role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As an Application Support Specialist, you will work closely with our clients to identify and resolve issues related to BlackRock Aladdin, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal system performance.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Provide Level 1-3 application support for BlackRock Aladdin
    • Troubleshoot, incident response, and root cause analysis
    • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of BlackRock Aladdin systems and processes
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a solid understanding of Unix/Linux commands, SQL, and job scheduling tools (e.g., Autosys). Additionally, you should have experience with SFTP, API logs, or ETL workflows, as well as monitoring tools such as Geneos, Splunk, or AppDynamics.
