Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated professional to support our Rehabilitation and Injury Management Advisors in delivering best practice outcomes in a self-insured environment.
This hands-on role will involve providing rehabilitation and return-to-work support for employees, implementing business unit Employee Engagement Plans, and collating claims information.
Key Responsibilities- Rehabilitation Support: Provide timely and effective rehabilitation and return-to-work support for employees with injuries or illnesses.
- Employee Engagement: Support the implementation of Employee Engagement Plans to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Claims Administration: Collate and maintain all relevant claims information, ensuring timely and accurate communication with insurers.
- Case Management: Assist with the management of rehabilitation case files, ensuring compliance with legislative and company requirements.
- Degree in Allied Health: Possess a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or related field.
- Strong Stakeholder Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with employees, managers, and service providers.
- Administrative and Organisational Skills: Demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational skills, with attention to detail.
