As a Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, you will be responsible for delivering workplace injury prevention and rehabilitation solutions that enable individuals and organisations to achieve their potential.
- Use your specialist knowledge and skills to help people return to meaningful employment
- Minimise the impact of injuries, illness, and disability through delivery of prevention, rehabilitation, and training services
- Take responsibility for effective case management to plan, coordinate, and monitor clients' progress toward their return-to-work goal
- Engage with key stakeholders and develop strong relationships that drive successful partnerships
- Deliver evidence-based interventions that promote positive outcomes for clients
- Maintain accurate records and reports on client progress and program outcomes
