Anton Murray Consulting is seeking an experienced Financial Manager to lead our Fund Accounting team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing high-performing teams and delivering excellent client service.

The role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of fund accountants. You will be responsible for ensuring all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time, and that the team is working efficiently to meet the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team of fund accountants
  • Ensuring all client deliverables are completed accurately and on time
  • Developing and implementing processes to improve team efficiency and productivity
  • Providing guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their roles effectively

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in fund accounting, with a strong background in financial management and leadership
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus superannuation and other benefits.
