About the Role

We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join our team at Insignia Financial in Geelong/Collins Street.

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing information, meeting packs, updating records, and facilitating the implementation of financial advice that our advisors recommend to our clients.

You will also manage, schedule, and confirm client meetings, prepare and review documents, and provide support to clients while answering day-to-day queries.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Engage with clients and be the first point of contact in many cases.
  • Develop long-term rapport with aligned clients and attend client meetings when necessary.
  • Provide proactive support to clients, Private Wealth Advisers, and the Head Client Relationship Manager.
  • Perform administration functions, including XPLAN data management, preparation of client reports, and required paperwork.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing client correspondence.
  • Adhere to internal client and advice procedures.
  • Assist Private Wealth Advisers and the Head Client Relationship Manager with key projects.
  • Provide ad-hoc reception coverage when needed.
