This role offers a rewarding opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of our Corporate Development team. You'll be working with multiple stakeholders across the organisation, including directly with the executive leadership team.

The Role

You will be accountable for identifying, evaluating, recommending, and executing proposed organic and inorganic opportunities, including acquisitions, investments, and other business propositions. Your strong commercial acumen and experience in strategy development and execution will enable you to make a meaningful impact.

In this fast-paced environment, you'll be required to participate in all research and technical activities required to support M&A activities. Your advanced Excel modelling skills and ability to develop impactful business cases will be highly valued.

Requirements

  • A hands-on Corporate Development or Strategy specialist
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proven track record of successful strategy development and/or execution within a competitive and entrepreneurial environment
  • Suitably qualified
  • Advanced Excel modelling skills
  • Strong business case development capabilities
  • Excellent project and stakeholder management skills

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, dependent on experience
