We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Lead to join our team in Sydney, Australia. As the Strategic Payroll Director, you will lead end-to-end payroll processes and manage a team of 7-10 professionals to deliver an effective service to employees.


The successful candidate will have experience leading a highly effective payroll function within complex enterprise environments, ideally with knowledge of Australian employment laws, tax obligations, superannuation, and relevant regulations. SAP SuccessFactors experience is beneficial but not essential. We also require strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and change leadership expertise to enhance the payroll experience for our team and broader employees.
