Job Title: Administrative Professionals

Job Summary:

Norwest Recruitment is seeking experienced Administrative Professionals to fill multiple short and long term temporary positions in various locations. As an Administrative Professional, you will provide administrative support to our clients, including answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting clients, and responding to verbal and written requests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the team, including answering phones, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence
  • Meet and greet clients, and provide a high level of customer service
  • Respond to verbal and written requests and general queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide accounts support, including data entry and invoicing
  • Perform general ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

  • Previous reception and administration experience
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Current driver's license and reliable vehicle
