Role Overview

Our retail mortgage consultants are the trusted advisors in their neighborhoods. We are seeking a driven and talented individual ready to take on a new challenge and positively impact the lives of customers in their community.

This platform streamlines the customer experience and significantly reduces manual tasks, resulting in processing times that are four times faster than the industry standard.

Additionally, our platform supports several groundbreaking initiatives that empower our brokers to achieve outstanding results. Pre-qualified appointments are arranged for you by our dedicated sales team, and loan processing assistance is provided by a centralized administrative team.

Working primarily from a retail location, your daily responsibilities will include:

Engaging with pre-qualified clients Building relationships within your community to develop your client base and referral networks Offering lending guidance to clients Preparing applications for our administrative team to process Assisting clients throughout their loan application journey

Required Qualifications

A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking is essential. If you do not possess this qualification, we will provide guidance on how to obtain it. Previous experience in mortgage broking or lending is preferred. A background in sales or customer service will enhance your success in this position. A strong motivation to achieve a high income is necessary. An ability to deliver exceptional customer service and a passion for helping Australians fulfill their property aspirations is crucial.
