Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations compliance environment, you will be responsible for managing complaints in accordance with legislative and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Investigate complaints to determine the factors that contributed to the issue and propose resolution strategies.
  • Identify and agree on rectification activities and drive their implementation.
  • Manage and resolve all cases within agreed service standards, including preparing formal response letters to stakeholders.
  • Collate documentation for cases within agreed service standards.
  • Liaise directly with stakeholders on all cases in progress.
  • Raise incidents on our system where an incident is identified and work closely with the incident officer to support resolution of the item as it relates to the complaint response.
Data Quality & Compliance
  • Record all complaint information in our systems and folders as per prescribed processes.
  • Maintain data integrity to ensure accurate, complete, and timely provision of reports to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification.
  • RG146 compliant.
