Job Summary

We are seeking a Complaint Resolution Specialist to assist the Quality Assurance Manager in processing complaints from internal and external stakeholders.

The selected candidate will ensure timely and effective resolution of complaints, ensuring compliance with local and global quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist with quality system management
  • Develop and implement process improvements
  • Implement and follow up corrective and preventive actions

Requirements:

  • Scientific degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in GMP, pharmaceutical or medical device industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Previous experience handling complaints is desirable
