Job Opportunity: External Dispute Resolution Lead
">This role presents an exceptional chance for a skilled professional to spearhead the resolution of customer complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate will have prior leadership experience within a financial services firm, along with two to three years of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) experience.
">The successful applicant will be responsible for enhancing stakeholder engagement, building trusted partnerships, and supporting the design, implementation, and embedment of complaint transformation initiatives in the team. They must also possess a strong understanding of Australian financial services legislation and regulations.
