We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our internal dispute resolution process, you will be responsible for managing and resolving customer complaints in a fair and timely manner.

Main responsibilities:
- IDR complaint handling: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of customer complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- RG271 compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ASIC's Regulatory Guide 271 (RG271), particularly regarding complaint timeframes, customer communication, and record-keeping requirements.
- AFCA process management: Act as a liaison with AFCA, preparing detailed responses to investigations and queries, and managing escalations as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in complaints handling, risk & compliance, or similar role (preferably in financial services or fintech).
- Strong technical understanding of ASIC RG271 and the Australian complaints landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex issues clearly and professionally.
- Proven expertise in managing AFCA escalations and processes, including drafting submissions and coordinating evidence.
- Practical experience with ASIC complaint data reporting, including data accuracy, process compliance, and trend analysis.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve sensitive matters in a fast-paced environment.
