Job Overview

We're seeking an experienced Dispute Resolution Specialist to join our centre of excellence for complaint resolution. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering fair and timely outcomes for complainants, adhering to regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in the financial services dispute resolution domain, with a strong customer focus and exceptional negotiation skills. A background in superannuation is highly desirable.

As a Dispute Resolution Specialist, you'll take ownership of your caseload and apply effective decision-making skills to resolve complex complaints. You'll also work collaboratively with others to identify and prevent future complaints.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver fair and timely outcomes for complainants
  • Adhere to regulatory guidelines (e.g. RG271)

Qualifications and Skills
  • 3+ years of experience in the financial services dispute resolution domain
  • Strong customer focus and exceptional negotiation skills
  • Background in superannuation (highly desirable)

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
