Bids and Proposals Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bids and Proposals Manager to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Energy and Environment team, you will be responsible for leading and managing stakeholder groups, ensuring accountability and driving collaboration throughout the bid process.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective bid strategies to secure new business opportunities
- Coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations
- Manage bid teams to ensure timely and high-quality document production
- Support capture plan sessions for future opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- 4-10 years of experience in bids and proposals management, preferably in a professional services environment
- Proven track record of success in bid management, with a strong understanding of the bid process and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
