About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bids and Proposals Specialist to join our team at AECOM. As a key member of our Energy and Environment business, you will play a critical role in driving capture plans and bids for our multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage stakeholder groups to ensure accountability and drive collaboration throughout the bid process.
- Coordinate and write compelling content for submissions and presentations.
- Manage bid teams to produce high-quality documents within tight deadlines.
- Support capture plan sessions for future opportunities.
Requirements
- 4-10 years of experience in bids and proposals, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Proactive and motivated individual with a drive to enhance bid success and achieve exceptional results.
- Effective communicator with a strong background in running capture plan sessions.
- Experienced in coordinating and managing bids, including developing bid schedules, formatting documents, and setting clear deliverables.
- Proven ability to hold team members accountable and ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
