Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the bid lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact for all bid matters.
- Collaborate with various business areas to ensure timely and appropriate responses from key functions.
- Facilitate development and review of all bid-related artefacts, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
- Create and maintain a bid plan and schedule to ensure timely and compelling proposals.
- Work with key stakeholders to develop relevant strategies.
- Analyse tender documents to determine submission requirements and team responsibilities.
- Form and guide the bid team to develop solutions and content aligned with strategies and win themes.
- Ensure the quality of all deliverables, including final response documents and presentation materials.
- Drive continual service improvement through bid debrief sessions, process enhancements and innovation.
- Previous working experience in the role of a bid manager for large-scale and complex multi supplier contracts.
- Second to none attention to detail
- Dealing with stakeholders and utilising the business to assist with the tender process
- Experience of coordinating responses and documentation
