Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Manager to join our Energy Solutions Team. As a Bid Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end bid process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute persuasive bids and proposals that align with our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Bid Development: Oversee the development and management of bids and proposals for renewable hybrid power generation projects, ensuring high-quality, customer-focused response documents.
- Content Creation: Write, review, and edit content to create engaging and persuasive bid documents, incorporating inputs from team members and other stakeholders.
- Proposal Timelines: Establish and manage proposal timelines, milestones, returnable schedules, deliverables, and client presentations.
- Bid Library Management: Create and maintain a bid library of standardized content, templates, and case studies for future use.
- Opportunity Management: Update and maintain the list of opportunities in the Project Pipeline.
- Customer Communication: Ensure timely responses to customer clarifications.
Requirements
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrate a keen eye for quality to ensure high-standard proposal submission.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders to produce results.
- Time Management: Ability to work to tight and demanding deadlines to ensure bids are responded to in a timely fashion.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Influencing and Engagement: Ability to influence, engage, and build trust with teams and stakeholders, while managing your time and workload.
