Job Title: Front Office Coordinator
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service, manage front desk operations, and support administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:- Manage incoming calls and visitor reception with professionalism and warmth
- Handle routine administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and coordinating office supplies
- Maintain an organized and efficient workspace to support team productivity
- Collaborate with various departments to assist with administrative duties as needed
- Support plans, policies, and procedures to enhance marketing and communication objectives
- Assist Finance Team as required
- Electronic filing and archiving of drawings, plans, etc.
- Update database
- General administration duties for all departments
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office skills and experience with CRM
- Certificate in Business Administration is highly regarded
- Self-motivated and passionate professional
- A preparedness to learn and adopt new technology and work practices
- Ability to multi-task
- $70-75K + Super
- 8.30 am - 5.00 pm Monday to Friday working hours
