Key Responsibilities:- Greet guests upon arrival with a welcoming attitude and provide efficient check-in/check-out services.
- Manage and update guest reservations using our property management system, ensuring accuracy in room assignments, rates, and billing.
- Handle guest enquiries, concerns, and requests with professionalism and prompt problem-solving.
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, tours, and services.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure a smooth guest experience.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Prepare daily reports and assist in end-of-shift handovers.
