
Front Office Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk, and welcoming visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Provide friendly customer service in person, on the phone, or via email
- Manage the front desk, answer calls, and handle emails
- Welcome visitors, volunteers, and contractors to the home
- Assist with ordering supplies and staff uniforms
- Keep accurate records and maintain filing systems
- Showcase our home to future residents and their families
- Support the office manager and residential aged care manager in their daily tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A genuine desire to make a positive impact
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- A proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Solid computer and data skills
- Previous experience in a reception/administration role (highly regarded)
