About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Car Rental Sales Manager, where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support at our rental counters. You will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers, completing rental bookings, and responding to general inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish strong relationships with customers by actively listening to their needs and preferences.
  • Provide expert advice on various car rental options and services to ensure customers make informed decisions.
  • Communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for customers.
  • Manage rental bookings in a timely and accurate manner, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
  • Answer customer questions and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

  • A full and valid driver's license.
  • Availability to work on a rotational roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Previous experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or similar roles.
  • The ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
  • Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information.
