Role Overview

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Activities Leader to join our team at NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves adventure and is passionate about creating memorable experiences for our guests.

About the Role

This casual position involves leading, instructing, and delivering specialized activities for our young and young-at-heart guests. You will be responsible for ensuring a fun and engaging experience for all participants, promoting a positive and inclusive atmosphere, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging activity programs for guests of all ages
  • Lead and instruct activities such as outdoor games, arts and crafts, and other creative pursuits
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding promptly to guest needs and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of activities and events
  • Participate in staff training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

  • Availability across school holiday periods and special events
