We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as Assistant Store Manager in our Gold Coast store. As a key member of the management team, you will play a vital role in driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager at Bendon Lingerie, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in all operational aspects, including managing the team during their days off. You will use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on a daily basis, with the assistance of a dedicated Store Manager to understand the customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving operational functions, including merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock, and exceeding KPIs.
  • Train and coach your team on daily tasks, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Complete a comprehensive 12-week training program to become BRA-FIT certified, learning the Bendon approach and how to make customers feel comfortable and confident during fittings.
  • Excel in achieving sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Prior retail and apparel experience, with a strong understanding of sales development and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
  • A strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
