Lead Housekeeping Attendant

We are seeking an experienced and passionate individual to join our team as a Lead Housekeeping Attendant at NRMA Parks & Resorts. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest possible standards are maintained throughout our properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all accommodation and venue areas are cleaned and serviced to NRMA Housekeeping Standards.
  • Organise, supervise, train, and recruit staff when required.
  • Plan daily room requirements, servicing, and pre-arrival checks.
  • Monitor park cleanliness and facilities.
  • Maintain good communication with other departments and your housekeeping team.
  • Order stock levels in collaboration with the Park Manager.
  • Respond to guest feedback proactively.
Requirements:
  • Experience as a Housekeeper in a busy hospitality environment is preferred.
  • Passionate and team-oriented individual with a 'lead from the front' mentality.
  • Outstanding customer service skills.
  • A suitable level of fitness with a flexible approach to workloads and a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to work in a team or autonomously.
  • Demonstrated flexibility and reliability for a 7-day rotating roster.
