Disability Sector Manager

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to lead a team of disability support professionals in delivering high-quality, personalised services.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' leadership experience in the Disability Sector, with a focus on supporting older clients with dementia. They will be flexible with their working hours, including on-call availability.
The successful applicant will possess strong communication, organisational, presentation, and leadership skills, as well as emotional intelligence, resilience, and capacity for the work.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage two sites ensuring they are well presented, maintained, and compliant.
- Lead development, implementation, and review of client's person-centred plans.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and documentation in line with policies and systems.
- Participate in processes related to Restricted Practices when required.
- Support clients in NDIS Plan Review meetings, preparing documentation, and advocating for clients.
- Maintain and improve staff skills through observation, feedback, and coaching.
- Ensure service continuity through staff leave planning and recruitment.
- Leadership experience in the Disability Sector.
- Experience supporting older clients with dementia.
- Flexible working hours availability, including on-call.
- Strong communication, organisational, presentation, and leadership skills.
