Job Opportunity

This is a full-time permanent position in a hybrid work arrangement that requires working from home three days a week. As Team Leader of the Connections Team, you will guide a dedicated group who are passionate about making a difference every day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team to ensure service requests are actioned promptly and NDIS participants are connected with the right providers to meet their needs.
  • Work closely with the Provider Team to onboard new services and maintain strong relationships across the network.
  • Use data insights to identify trends, evaluate performance, and help scale the organization's impact.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve systems and outcomes.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, ideally within disability or health sectors.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle challenging conversations and build lasting relationships.
  • A problem-solving mindset with a focus on improving systems and outcomes.
  • Experience using CRMs and data to guide operational decisions.
