This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving the growth of Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research
  • Developing strategic plans
  • Negotiating and closing deals
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure project success

The ideal candidate will have a proactive approach to identifying investor needs and opportunities for partnership, as well as strong leadership and organizational abilities.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Business Development, Sales, and Strategic Planning skills
  • Relationship Building, Communication, and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Analysis
  • Project Management and Collaboration skills

Experience in the real estate or disability services sector is highly desirable, but not essential. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is also preferred.
