  • Evaluate, develop, and deliver evidence-based support plans in complex environments
  • Develop meaningful goals and practical strategies using positive behaviour support frameworks, prioritising the elimination of restrictive practices
  • Ensure individual plans reflect participants' goals, passions, and strengths
  • Build knowledge, capacity, and strengths of those supporting participants in their lives
  • Act as an advocate and role model for best practice
  • Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team
