Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 1 year of experience working in the disability sector;
  • A minimum Certificate 3 in Individual Support;
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check;
  • First Aid and CPR qualifications;
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Reliability and flexibility in work hours.
