Disability Sector Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:- Designing tailored support plans to assist individuals in achieving their desired lifestyle and leading the organisation's Housing and Support Strategy.
- Delivering exceptional customer service while meeting growth targets in a competitive market.
- Engaging with participants and family members to identify and understand their support requirements.
- Liaising with regional management teams to determine business development and engagement strategies.
- Natural communicator with strong relationship-building skills.
- In-depth understanding of the disability sector, including legislative frameworks and networks of stakeholders in a community support setting.
- 2-3 years experience in a similar role, with a degree in business, health or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to translate sector language to various stakeholders.
