Job Title: Guest Service Agent
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join our team at Novotel and Ibis Melbourne Central. As a Guest Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient service for guest registration and departure, maintaining accurate guest accounts and providing accurate, helpful information.
- Attend to all incoming calls via the switchboard in a professional and polite manner, constantly striving to provide Total Customer Satisfaction.
- Maintain strict security procedures to ensure guest confidentiality and safety.
