We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Talent Intelligence, Sourcing & Engagement organization as a Senior Executive Talent Sourcer. This key role focuses on strategically identifying, engaging, and building relationships with top executive talent and connecting them with critical leadership opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering closely with executive recruiters on active executive job openings to identify, engage, and conduct phone interviews with top external prospects
  • Tracking and managing data and pipeline of searches in assigned tools by following assigned processes
  • Developing and building a comprehensive network of strong executive talent across key functional areas of focus, leveraging this pipeline to quickly bring in top talent to search
  • Developing ongoing talent market expertise in assigned focus areas, working alongside our talent market intel function, to develop a deep understanding of executive moves, market conditions, and key competitors from a talent lens and leverage this expertise to further hone search strategies and provide critical context to search activity

Requirements include 7+ years of professional work experience with 2+ years of experience in executive search roles either in a retained executive search environment or internal executive search sourcer and/or recruiter role. Experience leveraging market data to influence and drive search strategies is also required.
