About this Leadership Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Executive Talent team. This strategic leadership position is responsible for guiding a high-performing team of specialists to deliver impactful executive talent strategies.
As a key member of our People & Culture team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and develop executive talent across the organization. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, influence executive-level decisions, and lead with a customer-first mindset.
Your success will be driven by your ability to:

- Deliver strategic talent outcomes in a dynamic environment
In this role, you will lead and contribute to a range of activities that support Executive Talent Acquisition and Mobility. Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and implementing executive recruitment and mobility strategies, including proactive sourcing and talent pipeline development
- Fostering a collaborative team culture and supporting capability development
- Leading and supporting Talent and cross-functional projects as required, working collaboratively with subject matter experts and key stakeholders
About the Ideal Candidate
You bring significant experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, ideally within a similar sector. You possess strong knowledge of relevant policies and procedures. You are a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills. You are passionate about continuous improvement and team development, along with proven leadership skills in complex organizations.
