Seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic Talent Acquisition Executive to lead the recruitment process for Director level and up positions.

This is an executive search role that requires identifying, attracting, and maintaining a pipeline of top talent. You will partner with key stakeholders to develop strategic plans and execute end-to-end recruitment services to meet business needs.

This is a 12 month contract role.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Effective stakeholder management and relationship-building with business leaders
  • Conduct resourcing needs analysis briefings with hiring managers to understand current and future requirements
  • Conduct confidential interviews and follow-up references
  • Lead and execute talent market surveys to identify potential external successors for key executive positions
  • Improve the hiring process by finding innovative ways to seek out talent and maximize efficiency of the assessment process

**Selection Criteria**

  • Minimum 8 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in complex organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to influence diverse stakeholders to achieve goals and provide high-quality service
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders in complex and transforming organizations
  • Excellent conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and business requirements
