Job Description

We are seeking an Executive Talent Leader to play a key role in shaping our executive talent strategies.

This leadership role sits within the Talent function and is responsible for guiding a team of specialists to deliver inclusive, innovative, and high-impact executive talent outcomes.

The Executive Talent Leader will lead and contribute to a range of activities that support Executive Talent Acquisition and Mobility.

  • Lead the Executive Talent team to deliver high-quality services aligned with our strategic objectives
  • Design and implement executive recruitment and mobility strategies
  • Foster a collaborative team culture and support capability development

The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Talent Acquisition and Human Resources, ideally within government, with strong knowledge of relevant policies.

They will be a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills, passionate about continuous improvement and team development, along with proven leadership skills in complex organisations.
