We are seeking a dedicated professional to support children and families in their learning journey.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Family Support Coordinator to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable children and families.
Main Responsibilities- Connect families with resources such as health services, therapy, and developmental interventions to meet their needs.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and local service providers to ensure effective support for families.
- Support family capacity building to enhance learning, development, and wellbeing outcomes.
- Advocate for vulnerable children and families to address their unique needs and challenges.
- Culturally responsive experience working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.
- Knowledge of local service providers and demographic information is highly regarded.
